Thank you for your interest in this service. We continue to work to grow our email list of librarians and media outlets; therefore, the number of contacts may vary from day-to-day. Currently, our email list has over 3,500 outlets.
This consists of a three-step process.
Step one is to make a payment. Once done, be patient and allow your pc to redirect you to our online form to make sure we get all the information we need.
Step two is the basic information we need to create the notice. If you already have a Press Release created, please email it to us at
Step three is when you can select a day to send the notice out. You should allow from 48 – 72 hours to process everything, thus select the day you want it sent out with that in mind.
Once we have all the information, we will send you a copy of the notice for your review and approval.
